  • Case studies

  • A resource library

  • Reports, guidance, and position papers

This organisation aims to advance research transparency, reproducibility, rigor, and ethics through pedagogical reform and meta-scientific research; They provide didactic infrastructure and didactic resources designed to recognize and support the teaching and mentoring of OS.

Some resources include:

  • E-learning platform (NEXUS)

QualiFAIR hub focuses on how to increase sharing and reuse of qualitative and context-sensitive data, making them more FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable). The main aim of the hub is to develop good practices, including routines, procedures, and concrete instructions, that will support sharing and reuse of qualitative data.

Resources include:

  • Subscribing to the mailing list to be kept up to date with the event in the network

  • They have different members who are working on different nodes in the hub, such as: Ethics & privacy, copyright, data management, infrastructure, and metadata.

UKRN seeks to understand the factors that contribute to poor research reproducibility and replicability, and develop approaches to counter these, in order to improve the trustworthiness and quality of research. These issues affect all disciplines, so we aim for broad disciplinary representation.

Resources they also provide:

  • UKRN works across multiple disciplines

  • UKRN supports research improvement through the study of research itself (meta-research)

  • UKRN promotes training through short courses, online materials, virtual seminars and journal clubs.

Learning & Development

Learning and Development

The website is designed to help equip students and researchers with the skills they need to excel in a modern research environment. It brings together the efforts and resources of hundreds of researchers and practitioners who have all dedicated their time and experience to create a community to help propel research forward.

  • 10 modules that include a range of resources including videos, research articles, dummy datasets and code

This website allows you to create a “Dataverse Collections”, which enables you to share, organize and archive your data, while also being able to display it on your site. It ensures that you receive credit for your data through formal scholarly data citations and helps satisfy data sharing requirements from funders and publishers. You also have full control of your datasets, from who you share your data with and when to publish.

In addition, the Dataverse also allows journals to publish their author’s research data on the Dataverse repositories; and for institutions to host research data.
